Art Classes in the Spring for Non-Art Majors


Have you been interested in taking an art class in college but not sure what class to take?  The School of Art is offering TEN Non-Major studio art courses in the exciting fields of Glass, Metals/Jewelry, Drawing, Watercolor, Printmaking, Darkroom Photography, and Basic Art Techniques this upcoming spring. These courses would be a great way for you to either take the plunge into the art world or find your way back to having art in your life and they may count towards your TIER 2 Fine Arts/Design/Humanities requirements.

The courses to look for during registration this fall are:
ACR 293-1 Glass for Non-Majors
ACR 293-2 Glass for Non-Majors
ACR 291-1 Ceramics for Non-Majors
ACR 292-1 Metals for Non-Majors
AFA 291-1 Drawing for Non-Majors
AFA 292-1 Watercolor for Non-Majors
AFA 293-1 Printmaking for Non-Majors
ART 290-1 Basic Art Media and Techniques
ART 290-2 Basic Art Media and Techniques
ART 291-1 Photography for Non-Majors

You do not need any previous art knowledge or any prerequisite courses to take these fun and inspiring classes.
